Buyers are responsible for return shipping. Please send us the tracking number once your return is on its way. We refund the original payment method within 2-3 business days of tracking showing the return delivered.

 

If your order arrives damaged, contact us right away with a photo and we will make it right - no return needed.

 

Installed, wet-area and outdoor use
Our tiles are decorative display pieces and are not sold as installation tile. Tiles that have been installed, grouted, adhered, used in a wet area or displayed outdoors cannot be returned, and wear or damage from those uses is not covered. If you choose to install a tile, consulting a professional tile installer beforehand is your responsibility.
